Account and Login Help

If you cannot sign in, use the password reset page first. If the email does not arrive, contact support with your account email and the approximate time of the request.

Premium and Billing Help

For Premium or Premium+ issues, include your account email, plan name, purchase date, and receipt details. We can help review access, cancellation, failed payment, subscription status, and refund questions.

Privacy and Data Requests

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy-related requests, use the subject line "Privacy Request" so we can identify the request quickly.

Book Promotion Inquiries

For book promotion questions, include the book title, author name, publisher or rights-holder information, target audience, and the type of placement you are asking about.
