1. Who We Are

The Book Flow is a curated book discovery and reading platform. References to "The Book Flow," "we," "us," and "our" mean the website, public catalog, Premium reading areas, account features, and related support or promotional services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting the website, creating an account, using free or Premium features, submitting a promotion request, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or paid services.

3. What The Book Flow Provides

The Book Flow offers a public discovery catalog, curated learning paths, notable author and thinker pages, book series, account-based reading features, and Premium subscription tiers for expanded library access.

Some areas are available without payment. Other areas require a paid subscription or an approved account status. Features may change as the service develops, but we aim to describe each plan clearly on our Pricing page.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, disrupt the platform, or use The Book Flow for unlawful or misleading activity.

We may suspend or limit accounts that create security risk, abuse platform features, violate these Terms, or interfere with other users.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

Premium and Premium+ are recurring subscription plans. Paid checkout, when enabled, is processed by Paddle or another secure merchant/payment provider. The Book Flow does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials.

Subscription access may begin, renew, pause, cancel, or expire based on billing status reported by the payment provider. If payment fails or a subscription ends, your account may return to the Free tier.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel renewal according to the tools provided by the payment provider or by contacting support. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Book Content and Intellectual Property

The Book Flow brand, interface, original descriptions, curation structure, and platform materials belong to its creators. Book titles, covers, author names, excerpts, metadata, and linked materials may belong to their respective authors, publishers, or rights holders.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, bypass access controls, or publicly repost protected Premium content unless you have separate written permission from the rights holder.

8. Promotion Services

Book promotion services, when available, are reviewed and scheduled separately from Premium subscriptions. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, placement, ranking, sales, reviews, or a specific audience response.

9. Changes to the Service

We may update features, pricing, plan names, supported formats, policies, and availability over time. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to update the relevant public pages.
