1. Who We Are

The Book Flow provides a digital reading subscription for original books, short ebooks, guides, manuals, stories, poems, examples, exercises, and companion materials. References to "The Book Flow," "we," "us," and "our" mean the website, Premium reading areas, account features, and related customer support.

The Book Flow Premium is not an open publishing platform, marketplace, advertising service, affiliate storefront, user-submitted content service, PLR product, MRR product, or reseller of third-party material.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting the website, creating an account, using Premium features, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or paid subscription access.

3. What The Book Flow Provides

The Book Flow offers Premium subscription tiers for original digital content created and published by The Book Flow.

Third parties cannot upload, list, sell, or publish their own products through the Premium platform. Premium content is not user-submitted content, marketplace content, affiliate content, PLR content, MRR content, or resold third-party material.

Some account features may be available without payment. Premium library access requires a paid subscription or an approved account status. Features may change as the service develops, but we aim to describe each plan clearly on our Pricing page.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, disrupt the service, or use The Book Flow for unlawful or misleading activity.

We may suspend or limit accounts that create security risk, abuse service features, violate these Terms, or interfere with the service or other accounts.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

Premium and Premium+ are recurring subscription plans. Paid checkout, when enabled, is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record and secure payment provider. The Book Flow does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials.

Subscription access may begin, renew, pause, cancel, or expire based on billing status reported by Lemon Squeezy. If payment fails or a subscription ends, your account may return to the Free tier.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel renewal according to the tools provided by Lemon Squeezy or by contacting support. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Book Content and Intellectual Property

All Premium books, short ebooks, guides, manuals, stories, poems, examples, exercises, and companion materials are owned, controlled, or lawfully published by The Book Flow. Users receive access through their subscription, but they do not receive ownership, resale rights, redistribution rights, or republication rights.

Premium+ print options, when available, are for personal use by the subscribed account. PDF copies may include account-specific watermarks and access records to help protect the library and investigate misuse.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, bypass access controls, or publicly repost protected Premium content unless you have separate written permission from The Book Flow.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update features, pricing, plan names, supported formats, policies, and availability over time. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to update the relevant public pages.
